Justin Bieber hit police with water balloons??
Justin Bieber dropped a water balloon on state police at the Maryland State Fair.
A local says justin biebers was horsing around with mebers of his staff, threw two water balloons at state troopers. One of the balloons hit a trooper's gun belt & burst, the other brushed a trooper on the chest but didn't burst. It happened outside a trailer Bieber was using before the concert.The troopers were there for crowd control. No incident report was written by police. A police spokesperson said it was 'inappropriate behavior' by Bieber but said no further action would be taken by police.
